Led by Versus director Damien Drake, it all started with a series of multi-city live action shoots with actual technicians working in Mercedes dealerships, telling their compelling stories.
We wanted to tell these stories in a more vivid way to reach our audience. So the Versus team brought their stories to life with a mix of illustration and animation that felt more like a vivid memory than an animated segment. This led to a visually compelling piece with a more intimate & relatable feeling for the viewer/potential tech recruit.
